When Parents are Away, Natalie & Gramma Play!

I had so much fun hanging with Grandma Leanne this week while Mom and Dad were in California. We practiced my crawling (I'm not quite there but I'm wiggling all over the place!), went shopping at my two favorite stores Target and Babies R Us and had plenty of playtime! I promised I wouldn't tell how much she spoiled me but I think they already know :) Thanks Grandma!

Albany

We went to Albany this weekend for Jack's best friend Garret's wedding. It was hard to leave Natalie for the first time (I cried all the way to the airport) but once we got there it was a blast catching up with old college friends we hadn't seen in a long time. The wedding was beautiful with Lake George as the backdrop and a good time was had by all. Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Ruecker!

Snug as a Bug

It was another hot day today so Natalie suited up and went swimming in her baby pool for the first time. Dorie even joined in the fun and stopped by for a little drink!

Storm

On Friday night there was a terrible storm in Indianapolis. All night we watched the television to see if we had to worry about tornadoes and luckily we never did. Although when we woke up Saturday it appeared as if a tornado had hit our yard. Our two large trees in the front yard are down and our neighbors tree fell over our fence. It is horrible luck considering the rest of our street was untouched besides a few scattered branches but we are so thankful the trees didn't fall into our house and no one was hurt.
